The Agency
This page is deliberately neutral. My lawyer has reviewed it. Cherry Locke Talent has not been charged with anything. They told me, in writing, that they are “cooperating with the family” and that Lacey is “well and on sabbatical.” I am publishing what they have said and what is publicly verifiable. I am not publishing my opinion.
What they say they are
Cherry Locke Talent LLC. Texas LLC, registered March 2022, principal address 1118 E. 11th St, Austin, TX 78702. Registered agent: Marcus J. Reeve. They describe themselves on their website as:
“Cherry Locke is a full-stack creator-economy talent management firm specializing in independent adult lifestyle creators. We provide production logistics, brand partnerships, account security, IP protection, and continuity services to a curated roster of 12 exclusively-signed talent.”
What is verifiable
- The LLC is real and current with Texas SOS as of March 2026.
- They operate two studios: South First in Austin (where Lacey shot from Aug 2025) and a Las Vegas address they will not confirm to me. The Vegas address is not in their public filings.
- They list a roster of 12 active creators. Lacey is still on the roster page as of today. Two former creators are no longer on the page: Mia Vex (signed 2022, removed sometime in 2024) and Sienna Bloom (signed 2023, removed sometime in 2025).
- Their three named executives: Marcus Reeve (Ops), Kira Halston (Talent), and D. Stoll (no first name listed, “Technical Director”).
- The agency has no LinkedIn presence for any executive other than Marcus, who lists himself as “Founder, Cherry Locke Talent — talent management for elite digital creators since 2022.”
What they have told me directly
Two phone calls, four emails. Summary:
- Nov 4, 2025 — Marcus Reeve to my mom. “Lacey is at our wellness facility. She’ll reach out when she’s ready. This is normal for creators at her income level.”
- Nov 19 — email from Kira Halston: “We respect that the family is concerned. Lacey is an adult and has chosen privacy. We will not be sharing her location.”
- Nov 23 — email from Marcus with a “proof of life” video attached. APD has a copy. I have a copy. I have watched it many times.
- Jan 12, 2026 — email from a Cherry Locke attorney (Dwight Kessler, of Kessler & Vance) instructing me to “refrain from public speculation about our client.”
- Feb 28 — Marcus, in a long email, told me “the continuation of Lacey’s creative output is at her express written direction.” I have asked for the express written direction. I have not received it.
What other people who have dealt with them say
On the subscribers page there are forwarded messages from @bookgirl_atx (former sub of another Cherry Locke creator, Mia Vex — who went silent in 2023), and from @vegas_quiet (a post-production worker in Las Vegas). I am not interpreting these. I am putting them here.
The contract
The exclusive management contract Lacey signed in July 2024 contained terms she did not understand and did not have a lawyer review. I now have a copy. I have not published it in the main nav of this site because my lawyer is still reviewing what we can republish.
If you have independently obtained a copy of the Cherry Locke standard exclusive contract — multiple of you have hinted you have — please do not send me yours; you may have signed an NDA. Instead, the last posts search box on this site already knows the relevant terms. If you type the agency name into it, or a keyword you’re thinking of, you may end up on a page I will, in good faith, claim was put up by an unknown third party.
(I am not joking. Try it.)

If you are signed with Cherry Locke and reading this — please get a lawyer to read your contract. If you already left and signed an NDA, my lawyer offers a free read. Email me.
